Common Issues Logging Into Website

  •  I don't know my HBS username.
    Contact the Alumni Records Office at alumni_records@hbs.edu or (617) 384-5977.

  •  I need to reset my password.
    To reset your password, visit the Reset Your Password webpage, OR
    Contact the Alumni Records Office at alumni_records@hbs.edu or (617) 384-5977 to be transferred to HBS IT.

  •  Information on my profile is incorrect (i.e. preferred email address).
    To update your profile, log into the HBS alumni website, and selecting Edit Your Profile from the Alumni Directory dropdown menu (See Below),  OR
    Contact the Alumni Records Office at alumni_records@hbs.edu or (617) 384-5977.
 
  •  A good resource is the FAQ page on the our website, located at the bottom left corner of each page. This page has information around accounts and security along with other troubleshooting specific to club websites.
