Join us on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 and meet with Daryl Morey, General Manager of The Houston Rockets - and watch the Rockets take on the Denver Nuggets. 

Morey has built a Rockets team that has gone a combined 108-56 (.659) and has set a number of team records over his two seasons as General Manager.

His ability to manage and bolster the roster earned him "Executive of the Year" accolades in 2008-09.  In addition to earning votes for 2008-09 NBS Executive of the Year, Morey was named "Top 55 Most Influential in Basketball" in 2009 by HOOPSWORLD.

Morey holds a bachelor's degree in computer science with an emphasis on statistics from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

We have two game experiences for members and guests of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston.  All will enjoy early access to the arena through the Skybridge, a reception prior to the game with remarks by Daryl, and tickets to the game as the Rockets take on the Denver Nuggets.  The "HBS" Special will include Lower Bowls Seats.  To make the evening truly unique, you can upgrade to the "The VIP Experience" to include a chance to be "on the floor" during the shoot-around prior to the reception hosted by HBS'er Chris Dacey, game seating in the Silestone Club, and parking. Following are details for each package:
