A Message From the Club President...
What is it that you remember most about HBS? Was it learning from your classmates? Was it the friendships you made? Did you know that there are over 1,000 HBS alumni in the Houston area? Neither learning from your classmates, nor making new friends have to stop when you graduate. The HBS Club of Houston is one of the largest HBS alumni clubs in the country and it creates a forum for continued education through high quality programming and interaction with your fellow alumni.
- Executive Luncheon Series (ELS): Learn how different businesses and industries tackle tough issues, from high energy prices to labor shortages to political uncertainties. Programs are held monthly with senior executives sharing insights over a three course lunch.
- Breakfast Club: Spend time getting to know other HBS alums as they (and you) share wisdom on business and personal subjects on an interactive basis. Held the first and third Thursdays of the month at River Oaks Country Club. (Note: Membership in the HBS Club of Houston is required to join the Breakfast Forum.)
- Special Events: Want to have fun and bring your family to some events? We will host numerous Special Events throughout the year, such as the Welcome to Houston BBQ for new Houstonians from the Class of 2011, a family day at the zoo, the 8th Annual Holiday Party at a club member’s home, several young alumni happy hours, the 3rd Annual Global Networking Night and more!
We look forward to you joining us at our events. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call me or contact our club administrator, Maureen Garnett at info@hbsclubhouston.com or call 713-660-9137 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Respectfully yours,
Dax A. Sanders,
President, HBS Club of Houston
